I'd be happy with either gender but CBS isn't likely to go with a guy. I'm torn between Reid/Prentiss and Rossi/Prentiss. Looking back on Season 2 (once I'd gotten over my "hate Elle's replacement" phase) I love that Prentiss is brave enough to reach out to Reid while the others seem stuck in "if we push too hard he'll break" mode.
