Leaving Ladies
OK, so i'm a casual watcher and as such i'm not as familiar with Prentis or JJ.
I don't mean to be insulting, but neither character really stood out for me. Not the way Garcia, Reid, Morgan, and Hotch have.
I do think they're both fine actresses, and talented women, so my question here is what were some of the standout moments for either character?

The show (Stargate Atlantis in case you're interested) was a successful spin off series but in the third season the reins were handed to someone who made an immediate 'overhaul' to a great deal of things that didn't need fixing, with the aim of 'sexing things up' in some sense. Several characters were written out, using extremely lame storylines, and the cast members treated badly in the handling of this. Lots of bad feeling in the fandom, apparently behind the scenes too, a progressive decrease in the ratings, a younger female character was introduced that suffered greatly from 'replacement syndrome' and became rather Mary-sueish, plus a ham-fisted retcon of one character's death. From what I know the story quality didn't significantly waver from season 3 to 5 (certainly not upwards anyway). The damage seems to have been largely done by the changes, plus loss of core audience.
Omg, that was way more tl;dr than I meant it to be. Sorry. Apparently I'm still pissed off.
