I'm a little late, but here are my thoughts.

I agree that this season has not been as good as the others. I think the producers and writers are forgetting what this show is about, what makes it different from other crime shows. Profiles. I think they've been focus more and more in the ugly details and gruesome crime scenes photos rather than profiles. Why the Unsub does what he does and according to that how to stop him. Of course there have been profiles, but not like in the first seasons.

About Seaver, I don't hate her I think it's too soon, but I have problems with the incredibly and dumb way she came intro the team and the way the writers are handling the character, as many have mentioned, but I'm still pretty open minded toward her.
It also bothers me how they are trying to force her into the team. The way she talked to Reid (Clarified, was not a big deal for me, but I still think she shouldn't have said that), Prentiss training her or whatever and Rossi playing video games with her in his office (That is a little weird to me, being the same Rossi who didn't know what was a PDA in the third season, Lol! I know this is dumb) But it's as if the writers were screaming "Hey, look at how good and fast she fits on the team, she belongs here!" That in my opinion, makes her more harm than good, because what, isn't she entering the same team Rossi and Prentiss enter? Because sure as hell don't seem like she is.

In conclusion, I hope the writer start to write the whole thing (Seaver's character included) better and more credible.

-Sorry if there is any misspelling, english is not my first language.-
