No, they chose to fire people in the year that the ladies contracts were up rather than any of the men's. They chose to fire two female characters rather than one female and one male. They chose to hire a new actress to replace the two and then to fire her when they realized that they had made a mistake. Honestly, it seems pretty obviously sexist to me, and I'm just not getting how that isn't obvious.
