We saw her at the beginning of the episode, she was drinking salt water - she recognize that she was about to 'go under' from something, the cigarette, so she purged herself with salt water. She was drugged already when the unsub assaulted her.

Which is why it annoyed me even more when people were talking about why she didn't fight back harder or smarter, dude, she was drugged.

I feel so bad for her.
