Frankly, I think it would be perfect if Hotch was dating a very veteran nurse. IRL cop/nurse pairings supposingly work out well because they both get the demanding schedules and emotional toll.

I've first seen Gibson in Dharma & Greg, and I think the writers are going for that, but it ain't going to work because that storyline played out already, pre-series, when Hotch first met Haley and fell instantly in love like kids, because they were then. Now Hotch is in his 40s with BAGGAGE and this just makes no sense.

I dislike the idea of JJ cheating on Will, I like Will, and he has so much abandonment issues...threesome maybe?
