I enjoyed the episode a lot. CM hardly ever makes me cry, but they did this time. The scene where the survivor and the mother hugged at the end... very beautiful. Also I enjoy seeing JJ as a mother and wife, but... I do not enjoy her as the main character... this episode just reaffirmed that to me. I'm just not a big fan of her I suppose, although I definitely don't want her to go! My heart stopped for a moment when I've got the devastating thought that the unsub might kill (or shoot) JJ when he was running away. But I did not appreciated JJ making such a promise to the survivor about her helping them catch the unsub. My reaction was just like Morgan's. And boy, does JJ do the guilt trip... but I loved her with Henry (AJ's son is such a cutie!) and Will. :D The kidnapping rouse was very believable in this scenario. And I liked the idea of Nannies being targeted instead of the children, quite a nice twist, plus the fraternal love being twisted instead of parental/sister's for a change. Also I liked the scene of Garcia feeling helpless without any serious work to do, I kinda never thought how hard it might be to her sitting in Quantico, needed to be helpful yet waiting for anything from her team to work on, while said team is off doing their jobs.
All in all, I liked the episode, it was intense and refreshing, and had it's cringe moments (the shot of the baby above the hot bathtube...) and touching moments too.
