I love this show.

And I'd love to read fanfic for it, but...

I only want to read gen. no slash, no femmeslash, no het, no exceptions.

Is there a listing or a community somewhere that is focused on gen cm fics?

Gen is all I read and write in this fandom, so you should be okay with all of them, but as I said, they're unread, so I recommend reading the headers!

I'm a gen fan as well, here is my del.icio.us page of gen (http://delicious.com/kiio/criminalminds+gen). (There's a mostly.gen tag too, thought there isn't a lot in it for CM).

We're sadly lacking in gen fic out there. I'd say there should be a comm, but there'd only be four of us over there. :)
