Advice Please!

Since last season ended, I got a new job. I now work evenings, with no access to a TV, so I'm going to miss all my shows. I have no VCR, no DVR, nothing to record with at all. I also have no one who can record for me. I can't change my work hours.

So, is there anywhere I can find regular, detailed CM episode recaps?

Or can I watch full episodes online anywhere, viewable outside the US? If so, where and how?

Please help me!

I used it when I was catching up on episodes and I live outside the U.S.
They're usually up just hours after they aired.
