It's actually one of the reasons this show is so good. It doesn't give the audience a flat stereotyped bad guy and a flat stereotyped innocent victim.

this. a thousand times this. i know for a fact i wouldn't enjoy the show as much if it always wrapped everything up with a tidy little bow.
