Grammar is the major issue for me. Then there are also certain terms that bug me. Like some that constantly call Morgan "the Afrian American man". I mean, is that really necessary? I'm thinking they're coming from people outside the US. Anyone who's reading the fic is already going to know who he is. The colour of his skin doesn't need to be mentioned all the time.

Also, I can't reaad any slash. Gross. Or anything that's Morgan/Garcia, because honestly?? Do any of these people HONESTLY think the fit, cool, hot guy would really go for the geeky computer nerd who wears more colours than a rainbow? I think it's wishful thinking on the part of girls who LOOK like Garcia, or behave like Garcia, that they could one day get the hot guy.
