I've never heard that Elle would've been raped. How weird! However, JJ says in the second episode [I think it was the 2nd] that Elle is from Seattle and has specialized in sex offenders. But no, I don't think they've ever said on the show that she has been raped.

Maybe it's something we'll find out later on.
