Well, I suppose if the characters pique my interest, I'll give the spinoff a shot. They'd really have to shine to be better than or even equal to the original team.

I started getting excited for this once I heard Forest Whitaker would be involved. I know a lot of fandom's really put off by the idea of a spinoff, but I'd like to give it a chance first!

Still not too keen on the spinoff thing, but I'll give it at least an episode or two.
I hope this is a good episode. In my opinion, it's been kind of mediocre since "100". Mosley Lane was directed wonderfully, and I thought it was an awesome story, but the lack of explanation and motives threw me off. Maybe it's just me, though.

As much as I enjoy Forest Whitaker's work, I'm not looking forward to the spin-off. Next week's CM will be make or break for me. The new characters really need to spark my interest enough for me to want to watch the spin off on a regular basis.
