A few questions

  1. Does anyone know exactly what Agent Anderson's portfolio is? Would Hotch be his supervisor to any extent? I'm guessing Hotch's rank and general "Hotchness" is more than enough to inspire deference.
  2. What other divisions might be housed in that building?
  3. Does anyone remember the episode in which Garcia first accompanied the team on the jet?
  4. Does anyone ever wish Reid would walk into the bullpen and say, "I've been down in the basement where the X-Files offices used to be; have you guys ever heard the rumours about that division?"

X-Files weren't in Quantico, they were in the Hoover building in DC :P

Thank you for helping to feed my Alien!Reid plot bunny. I love you a little bit right now. There's no reason why Mulder couldn't be visiting Quantico, right?

I believe it was Lo Fi when Garcia first flew with the team. I want Reid to walk into the bullpen one day and introduce his girlfriend :).

2. According to http://www.fbi.gov/hq/td/academy/academy.htm, the complex at Quantico houses many other kinds of training (besides just the Academy) as well as the FBI Library, the Behavioral Science Unit (whose relationship with the BAU is hard to decipher - see http://www.fbi.gov/hq/isd/cirg/ncavc.htm and http://www.fbi.gov/hq/td/academy/bsu/bsu.htm), the Futures Working Group (a collaboration between the Society of Police Futurists and the FBI, in which the BSU is also involved), the office of Technology, Research, and Curriculum Development (which leads four programs: The Curriculum Development and Evaluation Unit, the Distance Learning Technology Unit, the Virtual Academy Unit, and the FBI Library).

~g~ No, but I'd love to hear one of the team casually drop a reference to the bunch Down the Hall (http://www.shadowunit.org) that takes on all the really weird cases...
