HOTCH.

(I love you)

Four for you, Hotch. And none for the sheriff, bye.

You go Hotch! (and Glenn Coco).

That's right, Sheriff. You can't hid shizz from our tech goddess.

[identity profile] l3petitemort.livejournal.com 2010-11-04 01:48 am (UTC)(link)
KEVLAR.

[identity profile] l3petitemort.livejournal.com 2010-11-04 01:49 am (UTC)(link)
Okay, how many times is Prentiss going to be bait(ish) this season? Let's take bets.

[identity profile] cupcakery.livejournal.com 2010-11-04 01:50 am (UTC)(link)
We're at what? 4/6 at this point?

"...that sweet ass of yours."

"I wish I could."

Prentiss knows she's got a badass body :)

This is a twisted father/son moment if I ever saw one.

[identity profile] parisntripfan.livejournal.com 2010-11-04 02:16 am (UTC)(link)
True. Even more twisted is that is far form the worst take on the father-son relationship we have seen.

This is what I love about this show. They made feel sorry for that SOB of a Sheriff. No doubt he meant well - he tried to do what he thought was best - (and for all we know that is how HE was raised) and it all went to hell.

What I really liked was that Hotch did not even attempt to sugar coat it. He didn't give the man a comforting lie about how it was not his fault, and it is not his fault his son turned out the way he did. At the same time, he gave the man a small bit of hope that all is not lost - that he can still repair the relationship - even if his the kid will be jail for the rest of his life.

I care! I have a two year old who has weird sleep habits. So if I actually get to sit down at nine and watch the show, it's a miracle. My man and I have had fights about it. I get a little cranky when I miss an episode. I want one hour, once a week to myself - Wednesdays at 9PM, is that so much to ask?? So I'll squee with you! :)

[identity profile] ayajedi.livejournal.com 2010-11-04 02:19 am (UTC)(link)
This episode had me guessing plus I got to see Reid in a stripclub and Hotch giving the sheriff a piece of his mind. I rate it!

[identity profile] gen-is-gone.livejournal.com 2010-11-04 02:23 am (UTC)(link)
Hee! Reid said uppers!

I'm sensing a Hotchalanche in buzz-cut CotW's future...

Reid and Emily go to a strip club. Let the fanfic begin.

[identity profile] gen-is-gone.livejournal.com 2010-11-04 02:33 am (UTC)(link)
Aww, shit. I was hoping Scotty would get away...

[identity profile] gen-is-gone.livejournal.com 2010-11-04 02:43 am (UTC)(link)
Well, now Chris is dead too. And yay, my Hotchalanche! ...who is profiling by profiling himself...

"You bully your family like you bully your officers..."

[identity profile] gen-is-gone.livejournal.com 2010-11-04 03:04 am (UTC)(link)
Wow, your son is going to hate you forever. If he avoids the death penalty. And I love Hotch. Next week: Film noir, BAU style...

I do not know why I am using this icon.

[identity profile] invaderk.livejournal.com 2010-11-04 03:08 am (UTC)(link)
Hotch + Talking = OTP.

That is really all I have to say about this episode (except not really, since a bunch of things just occurred to me).

1. Reid is accustomed to the presence of strippers.

2. Prentiss adopted a fairly strange intonation during her negotiation business. It was like a cross between a southern accent and an oddly sensual tone (to make the men feel uncomfortable?) IDK.

3. I love it when Garcia does things. Except for the part where they're iPads because honestly she runs Linux-based software and should know better! Although I might get one too if I had government funding. Perks and all. You know how it is.

4. The running over the body thing made me shout. Literally. Ugh!

I noticed this too. It was odd.

I'm sure it definitely makes any women who dance want to think twice about who they are dealing with.

I've noticed Emily being called a bitch on more than one occasion. Pretty hilarious actually. She's so badass.
And what some of you were saying earlier about the whole bait thing...I don't see it that way either. I see it as, hey, all our men of the bau all agree that Prentiss can work it. That ain't sexist in my eyes. They have faith in her. Sure she's been in some scary situations, but who hasn't?
It always seems that much more interesting for the show when one of our team is in the action.

[identity profile] redmoonglow.livejournal.com 2010-11-04 04:38 am (UTC)(link)
Lol I was on tv. Yellow shirt with pony tail with girl in black and white.

That being said, I haven't watched the episode yet. D: I'll probably catch it tomorrow on some website.

But all I know is that I don't want to be a pole dancer or a stripper if stuff like this happens.

[identity profile] gen-is-gone.livejournal.com 2010-11-06 12:09 am (UTC)(link)
I am incredibly jealous.

Ack! sorry about this guys, i completely forgot. *headdesk*

I like Hotch as much as the next person, but the last several episodes have been super Hotch-centric with a little Prentiss & Garcia mixed in. I'd like to see more background with the members (like Hotch's Halloween with Jack) and more Morgan, Rossi & Reid!

[identity profile] hippediva.livejournal.com 2010-11-04 03:38 pm (UTC)(link)
*barf* cliched beyond all reason!

[identity profile] elliptic-eye.livejournal.com 2010-11-06 05:08 am (UTC)(link)
Okay, there's a lot I enjoyed about this episode, including the first 35 minutes of Hotch's badassery, but am I the only one who had major issues with the way it was ultimately wrapped up?
