I know they say that's how the business goes... But it's still a bit unsettling... I want her to be on the show because she wants to, not because she HAS to. Thoughts?

I think Paget loves the work but hates the job. :/ Corporations of any kind are the ultimate bosses from Hell. Poor thing.
