For those Mandy fans ...
EW has a review of An Evening With Patti LuPone and Mandy Patinkin, which is on Broadway until January 13, 2012.
For those unfamiliar with LuPone's vocals (she played Libby Thatcher in the TV series Life Goes On), she's a tremendous vocalist and Broadway veteran. Here she is from the 1988 Tony Awards singing "Anything Goes" from the 1987 revival.
And if you haven't seen Mandy's K-Tel records parody of famous hits, Criminal Minds style, well ... here it is...

I like "I left your heart in San Fran
I don't know why, but while unsub audience gorn hugely squick me, joking about killing people is hilarious, like, Cracked.com's running jokes - they never show gore but they joke about it a lot.
Like, Dave Foley in Kids in the Hall - Life As A Mass Murderer:

Then there is Bill from Puppets Who Kill, luuuve that puppet, he's just sooo classy.
...and mmmmn, Mandy Patinkin singing the Christmas Chestnuts song:

I luuuv this guy sooo much.

I can't help but wonder, though, if doing this didn't contribute to him going off the rails and running for home. He seemed to think that people were watching the show for the gore instead of basically to cheer on the good guys.
