Pretty good episode, the unsubs weren't terribly interesting but the case and team dynamic were great. And there was just the right touch of angst over Reid turning 30.

Srsly, he looked older in some other episodes, I don't know if they did it on purpose in this episode, but he looks like a teenager again!
