This episode is surprisingly good so far, it's got the stuff that I love about Season 1&2, the victim's voice flashback, and JJ being the human face of BAU for the tragically afflicted. Oh, FBI stuff, the training.
...and the sub(?)plot!
Hey guys, lol, remember that horrible and stupid McCain supporter who wrote a backward B on her face with a marker and said a strappling black dude did it to her with a knife? Srsly? It was backwards, mirror obvious. If she stage a murder suicide, she'll forget to put blood on the knife: post-gazette.com/pg/08297/922320-100.stm
ETA: note: apparently if you edit in a link not on the whitelist, it'll get a previously unscreened comment to be screened.
uh....did they just do the whole "they're only racist because a black person victimized them that one time" thing? for the unsub and male!Palin or both?
I really loved Prentiss doing the cognitive interview in Spanish.
Sounded like JJ had a cold.
Morgan? needs to loosen the belt on his pissypants. He is still wound too tight-first snapping at the rookie agent way too harshly for a mistake in his first time through the kill house. And then taking it way too personally when Emily got shot. I know it is all part and parcel of Doyle "killing" her last year but really Morgan? Build and bridge and get over it.
I disagree. Last year Emily's death screwed every single member of the team + Morgan felt the most guilt since he didn't save her from Doyle. No one gets out the Doyle situation unscathed, if that was the case the team wouldn't be in therapy or spend episodes mourning. I am sure if the situation was reversed with Hotch or Reid you wouldn't be saying get over it.
I am not surprised he is reacting that way, it is in character and he probably had flashes of that on the case. That comment was a little harsh don't ya think. Snapping at the agent, he could have loosened up but he did have a point about taking things seriously.
