Beta-Reader Needed

I am in need of a beta reader for a slash (man/man) fiction that I am writing. The fiction contains theses things:

Pairing: Cramer/Reid, past Hotch/Reid, past Morgan/Reid
NEEDS: This fic is more case-centric and so I will need assistance with that, as well as assistance with characterization and making sure the slash doesn't suck. I also need a lot of grammar help.

Weaknesses: plot, somewhat if my stories are anything to go by
How do you think you can help me best? Basic grammar, finding out where the weaknesses lie (if you write someone did this .... and then two pages later said they did something else, sort of thing. I can give you opinions on whether the plot works for me, or if it raises questions. Probably can help with characterization, and slash doesn't bother me and I can probably help with that.

And, I'm not bothered if you want more than one beta .... I encourage it.
