I love Reid's hair in this episode.

Not happy with Hotch at the moment, the way he treated that poor pharmacist and the way he treated Garcia.

I may not like what Hotch is doing right now, but I love how they are showing just how on edge Hotch is and how much what is happening is effecting him. Snapping at the pharmacist and Garcia were very good ways of doing that.
