I'm glad the cases are more disturbing. People now a days are disturbing, so it fits, and you never get bored because you don't know what to expect.

So far they are killing it this season, and I honestly feel that this is going to be the best season of the show so far (and I think all the seasons have been completely awesome) the cases are great, the continuity is there, the emotion and tone is there, and the acting from the entire cast is superb.

...Ready to be more disturbed? This case - well the one involving the UNSUB's father and what he did - is based on a real case in the 1920's-1930 The Chicken Coop Murders. I'm glad they showed the changes in Hotch too - the alarm system, Foyet case files every where, the fact his routine seems stunted and off in general.

Yes, I did, an I'm sure you're right - Hotch was having flashbacks of some kind. Haha, because it got bored beating up on Reid for awhile and thought "Hey, Hotch! Haven't kicked your butt in forever, get on over here!" ;-)

The last scene absolutely killed me as well.
