Question: As much as I love the glimpse of Morgan's tattoo from under his t-shirt, wouldn't that violate FBI dress code?

Granted, CM doesn't usually pay attention to the dress code (why hello there Reid's hair!) but this one just struck me in particular. Probably because the WaPo had an article fairly recently about how conservative the DC dress code is and how employees with tats often need to hide them from employers...
