Yeah. CSI and its spores incarnations are among my favorite flavors of brain candy, but more often than not the line taking us to the credits has me wanting to just glue my palm to my face already. And I actually like lame puns!

I don't like CSI, et al because of their lame jokes, lack of connection with the team members, and also I always guess who the killer is way in advance. That's annoying because it makes me think "Oh I could've stopped watching this 40 minutes ago."

Oh, I'm not going to try to say that the CSI shows are good. I'll admit that every once in a few blue moons one of them will do something that I find honestly interesting, but for the most part I enjoy watching them because a) I don't need my brain engaged to do so, b) they are often so ridiculous that I can't not be amused, c) I am somewhat fond of a couple minor characters and, depending on the series, d) eye candy.

Oh yeah, I agree. I'll watch it occasionally, but I won't stop whatever I'm doing to watch it like I would for CM.
