Based on her twitter, it looks like things are going pretty well for her in negotiations. Personally, I'd be glad for her to be on the show, even though it's fucked that they basically just swapped JJ out for her. But her character sounds interesting, and Rachel Nichols is so endearingly excited about being on this show.
