No, I definitely don't see the team as actually filling any kind of family roles. I'm really canon-brained. So unless it's stated overtly that Hotch gave birth to the rest of the team, then I cannot reconcile it, LOL. The Team Dad thing is only something I stand by if forced to choose one or the other...
