Yeah, but it hasn't really been enforced for about ten years. I mean, if someone complains, sure, they will do something, but people don't often complain and otherwise their people have better things to do with their time than skulk around looking for NC17 stuff. My guess is, one of those "concerned parents" groups is complaining.
