Re "will Sean do time" - probably, at least some. [The police didn't even cuff him as he got into the cop car, which I'm pretty sure is a breach of their rules.] He called law enforcement himself, and he eventually gave them enough information to solve the case and cooperated, but a lot of people died and it might be possible for a prosecutor to convince a jury that Sean was criminally negligent in not acting sooner or not providing complete information right away. I would guess that Sean will have a good attorney and will work out a deal. Given the tragedies' high profiles, I think he would plead guilty to a lesser charge and not face a jury. He would also be required to testify (if anyone higher up in the chain is still alive.) But I can't imagine him not doing some time. (Take all this with a grain of salt -- I have never practiced criminal law. So this is my opinion, fwiw)
