Rossi's Color-code for his notes

Okay, it's driving me nuts. I can't find my DVD of 3x14 "Damaged" and I've checked various websites trying to locate this detail about Rossi.

In the ep, Emily points to the spilled papers in Rossi's office. She says something to the effect that he's an anal-retentive neat freak who color-codes his notes, which is why the disaster in his office is a cry for help.

I believe she says blue is "evidence" but I think she also mentions green representing something. Or maybe red?
