Summary: Reid suffered a major trauma at the hands of Tobias Hankel, and thanks to him, a long-buried secret from Reid's past has come back to haunt him. In this chapter, we get Morgan's perspective.

A/N: This is a multi-chaptered fic that will focus on the aftermath of Hankel on Reid's psyche and how Morgan is part of his recovery. There will be slash/smut later. And, it's a case fic involving the rape/murder of teenage girls. Set about a year after "Revelations," some spoilers for that, and references to events in episodes from season 3.

Showrunner Simon Mirren leaving

Criminal Minds executive producer/ showrunner Simon Mirren is leaving the veteran crime drama. Mirren, who joined the series right after the pilot as a supervising producer, was promoted to executive producer at the beginning of Season 5.

There is talk that Bernero may also leave Criminal Minds at the end of the season. He has a drama pilot, Partners, in contention at ABC but even if his pilot goes to series, he is expected to still have some involvement with the Criminal Minds franchise.

Staying on is Messer, considered a rising star on Criminal Minds.
