Mmmmkay. I've read that 'Mr. Brightside' is about our dear MGG, but I've also read that it's about the lead singer of The Killers' girlfriend cheating on him... *but* MGG directed the video for 'Don't Shoot Me Santa', which I'm guessing he wouldn't have done if Brandon Flowers' girlfriend had cheated on him with MGG?
