I was trying to stay hands-off, but that was a really classy dig at how "poorly drawn" Sailor Moon is, because she doesn't meet your standards for being a "tom-girl." It holds up pretty damn well for a 20 year old series, and Haruka is not an atypical example of androgyny in anime, or even in this series.
