For me that's good. Lie to Me is on Wednesdays at 8; and usually there's something on at 10 on Wednesdays I'd watch.

Mind you, I don't see myself watching the spin-off, but it could happen.

I don't watch CM on my telly so I'm kind of indifferent, but I wanted to check if I understood that right.

It's weird to not launch it immediately following a CM episode, though. Hm. I take it mean they really don't have a lot of faith in it, placing it mid-season, but then why did they have to pick it up to begin with? Strange network decision making I can't figure out, but I suppose they probably have their reasons.

That good, because now they have time to work out the kinks and make it even better. I think thats why they are leaving to mid season

I had a dream about the spin off last night O_o i was watching tv and they had a promo commercial, except the characters were gone, Whittaker was never mentioned and they had like the wrong name LOL- it was like Washington State Serial.


Yeeeeaaahhh. I was confused.


But, this is good i GUESS since i'll prolly have nothing else to watch and I can spend the evening either having a change of heart over it, or dying slowly as I make fun of it.

I think they're hoping some of the CM fans would watch it just to get SOMETHING before the start of the new season.

It could be a good chance for spin-off.

Of the .5% who will be watching it, it's a good move that they're doing this.

One because it doesn't rush production/writing/etc for the first season. Two, most tv shows starting out do this in case the first batch of new shows just absolutely suck.

Smart move by CBS. So mid-season after the Monday night football season. So this spin-off might be on Monday's competing really with Dancing with the Stars.

Especially since they know the spin-off can't compete with Monday Night Football on ABC.
