He hears Reid call his name and sees he is turned on, and Reid's hair is just so perfectly mussed that Rossi can't resist. Reid wakes up but is still in a dreamlike state and thinks nothing really happened. Later, after the case is solved, Rossi says something clever in front of the team that makes Reid realize it was real.

Bonus points if they decide to do it again while both are fully alert for it!"
