Women are being found raped and strangled in cornfields. The unsubs are kidnapping strippers, keeping them for two days, then chasing them through corn fields before killing them.

The sheriff is a total douche-wad. Basically tells Hotch the girls deserved it because they were strippers. Hotch gives him a verbal beat down before interviewing the newest girl's father.

The case got leaked to the media and the unsubs (three of them) find out about it. The submissive two didn't know the girls were being killed, and go to confront the leader. He tells them to STFU, but the pack dynamics start to break down.

The newest member of the pack (the lowest in the hierarchy) starts to have doubts, and tries to be nice to the girl. The others walk in on him telling her he's going to get her out.

The team figures out the unsubs are college kids because they kidnap on friday night and kill sunday night. They start canvassing college campuses, and the new guy unsub sees the cops and wants out.

Garcia finds an old unsolved case with corresponding DNA which ended when two local men went missing. The team figures the men are dead and the pack leader in both cases are the same.

The middle man in the pack takes the lowest out to a cornfield and the leader makes him beat him to death with a baseball bat.

They find the body of the ex-pack member, and wonder why his body was three counties over from where they usually dump their victims. They figure the pack already knew about the patrols so they went out of their way to not get caught.

The middle man is getting nervous, he tries to call the cops, but hangs up. The leader finds out, and beats him up.

Oh SHIT! The middle man is the sheriff's SON! Hotch goes full force on the sheriff to find out if he leaked info to his son, he did.

They figured out who the leader is because he's a friend of the cop's son, and was in La at the same time as the last murders.

The unsubs get ready to leave with the girl right when the team shows up. They send in Prentiss to negotiate because the unsubs won't know how to handle a woman. She gets them to turn on each other and the leader goes to shoot the middle man, but the sheriff shoots first. Then the middle man goes to kill himself, but the sheriff shoots him in the arm.

And, aww, Hotch and the Sheriff have a heart-to-heart in which Hotch is totally awesome, as always. THE END
