I think a lot of us have our version of it in our heads.
Some of mine:

Always be concerned about a man following you if he is of your same race.
Look for patterns that could be predictors of OCD - especially if someone is doing those actions near fires.
When trapped by a psychopath feel free to ramble about them & why they are the way they are.
Don't tackle panel vans. [That's why we all need a little Morgan.]
Abduct/dump in different jurisdictions, particularly over state line if possible. [Don't think that one will ever be useful.]
If someone owns a crematorium, count their children each time you see them.
Always study your therapist's actions.
Don't follow a routine: drive different ways to work, arrive home at random times & never go to the same place to walk your dog within a week.

Don't eat pork.
Don't eat provided food if you are volunteering in a manhunt.
Aphasia can be a sign of schizophrenia... or anthrax.
Tardive dyskinesia is a sign of long term usage of anti-psychotics.
Never lick an envelope.
A blind person making a clicking noise might be using echolocation.
Enucleators remove eyes.
If anyone you know talks about a dead loved one as still living - it could be a psychotic break.
Beware of all big empty buildings... and of all vehicles that could be used to transport a body.
All teens can present as psychotic.
Triple check a victim if they survive, especially if they have many wounds. They could've staged it.
Spencer looks hot with ANY hair style.
Ditto Penelope.
If Emily calls you ma'am or sir - listen for the inherent f.u.
Rossi cares more about his shoes than for his colleagues.
Do Not Piss Off Hotch.
Wearing bad shirts fights crime.
Always find a reason for Shemar to remove his shirt.
Having your boss assisting you to do better on the gun range is SEXY.
Not snipers, Long-Distance-Serial-Killers.
Understand Arthurian legend.

Trufax. I have a post-it note covering my webcam (I really do). When I tried to explain to a friend it was because of CM, I got a strange, strange look. I ignored her. I think of it as an important safety tip.
