"The Thirteenth Step" - The BAU hits the road to track down a pair of young lovers on an interstate murder spree. My thoughts: Originally I know that a prevailing theory, after discovering that the episode was called, "The 13th Step", was that it was to be the Reid ep. Of course we knew recently it would be "Corazon", but I had been wondering if possibly we'd get a two parter, like The Instincts/Memoriam, but it seems not. Instead, Prentiss episode? YAY. No pics of Reid or Ashley, though? Boo. Rossi in an excellently flattering coat? Hellz yeah.

ETA: Is she wearing a ringpop in the first picture? If so this is my favorite episode ever and I haven't even seen it yet.

This must be when Prentiss finds out about that European criminal... I can't remember all the details but he's supposed to be some kind of nemesis for her. Excited that she's getting a plot.

Lack of Reid makes me worried/sad. :( I'm going to assume that he and Ashley are back at the office... where he ALWAYS is. *sigh*

The first thing I noticed too was, "What? No Reid?" Maybe he's just getting all fixed up from his tumor migraines, or whatever.

When did she work at Interpol? When she joined the BAU in 2006 she'd been in the FBI for either almost or over a decade and worked mostly in the Midwest. And she hadnt taken the foreign services exam because she mentions doing that and using her connections to get international work in In Name and Blood. So when did the Interpol thing go down?

I'm sure they could find some way to make this totally cool but will probably fail miserably. I hope I'm wrong, I would love to see Emily get an actual story that isnt cliched and lame.

I think Ashley is only in 3 episodes ("Corazon" being the last) and she's now in negotiations to be in more. Which means there will be a couple of Ashley-free eps, it seems.
