images behind cut may be spoilery for 2x15 REVELATION, triggery, or both:

If I were Reid, I would BURN that shirt.

So what do we think? Small wardrobe budget? Thematic union between the two most painful events of his life? Thematic union between Reid's relationship with his mom and Tobias' relationship with his dad?  (Tobias "putting his father down" and Reid putting his mother away?)  UNLUCKY SHIRT?

Also, something that just clicked for me....

Reid has four track marks on his arm, not two, when we've only seen him be injected twice.

But the first time we see him get injected, his sleeve is already rolled up.

I find that... suggestive.

and keeps them for years? *rofl*
I like that. This would be typical for Reid (or men in general), I guess :-D

Could be a stereotypical guy thing for sure. I've been with my husband for almost eight years. In his closet there are shirts and sweaters that I have never seen him wear because they pre-date our relationship. And yet will he get rid of them? No. :P

My dad went through a phase where he owned about twenty light blue shirts and twenty beige slacks. He wore literally the same outfit every day.

Anyway, good catch with the shirt. And I had been wondering about his sleeve, and the track marks, of course. The more I think about it, the likelier it seems that there were injections that we just didn't see.

That would be entirely in keeping with the psychology of people who live in their heads. I live with one -- he doesn't want to have to think about that sort of thing. He just wants it to be there because it has to be, and with the least effort possible.

MKK

I agree about the sense of humour. Did you see his stripey socks???? Really, stripey Dr. Seuss socks are not the kind of thing you wear if you never think about clothes.

Good eye! I didn't even notice.

But yeah, I did notice the track marks. I don't know, maybe Tobias injected him more while he was already passed out, or we just didn't see it... or something. That's my best guess. :|

Maybe there were other injection scenes that they simply decided not to show.

I so had an unlucky shirt. I did burn it. I think Reid does need to do the same.
