If the BAU were mutants ...

What would their powers be?
Reid almost has one already; could one count his intelligence and speed-reading as a mutant power, or would they be amped up somehow? (Maybe he just has to touch a book and he knows what it says?)
Garcia: is she into computers because she can sense electrical energy?
Is Morgan a bomb expert because he's a firestarter?
Did Seaver survive her serial killer father because she has a healing factor?
Was Prentiss such a good undercover operative because she's a chameleon?
What about JJ, Hotch, Rossi, Gideon, Kevin, Will, Strauss? Discuss.

Guess what, I just found out that Mandy Patinkin was the guy who voiced Hugh, in the future Lisa's Wedding episode, the stuffy sensitive Brit she almost married!
Soooo jealous.
As is, I think Gideon has a very creative mind like Reid's, not an eidetic memory (which Reid also have), but a graphical imagination that helps him put the pieces in front of him together into a whole picture, an engineer's mind like Nikola Tesla.
In engineering, people like Gideon and Reid can see a piece, a problem, and imagine up a solution. For the BAU, Gideon sees a picture of a victim and his mind fills out the details of the person she might have been, the way Reid's mind supplied what the victims must have felt before they died in "Fear and Loathing" with his own remembered feelings from when he was being victimized by Tobias.
It's really bad for them in the long run.
