FYI: Viagra is covered by many insurance policies that doesn't cover birth control.

I think some insurance companies might cover sex therapy if it's vague what it actually involves, like on the book, just talking couples through it, off the book, getting bodily involved.

Jeffrey was already killing girls, he already had the knife, but the sex worker in the beginning insulted him shortly before he stabbed her - to death. The sex therapist on the other hand, seem very tender in manners - I think Jeffrey started to kill her, but then he hesitated, allowing her to flee from his room, I sense that the freudianly jealous Mrs.Collins was mad at the sex therapist girl for showing interest in her son, and that her son didn't finish /disposing/ her, because Jeffrey does remember that mommy is the only woman who loves him and would stay right?

I sense from Jeffrey a great relief when his mother died. I would not be surprised if she had molested him or attempted to.

"feminine" personalities, socialized that way, yeah, they would be cleaner, but what about rebels, and those that weren't socialized that way? Kill Bill was fictional but some woman, like me, liked it a lot.
