I just had to tell someone about this, and I figured only the fandom would appreciate it.

So I work in Borders and today I was putting DVDs on the shelves, and I had the big black cart of DVDs right in front of the cafe. So I was talking with the people working in there, and somehow I ended up talking about Lindt truffles with the cafe manager, Neil. He tends to mumble sometimes so I heard the tail end of something he said, something like, "chocolate makes you happy and has caffeine." since I didn't hear him I said "What?" and he said "Did you know that? There's a chemical in chocolate that makes you happy."

My immediate response, without even thinking, was: "And peas!"

Luckily, no one realized the dorkiness of this statement, and I suppose they just thought I was smart. I'm still laughing to myself about it.

It's amusing because a lot of the things Reid spouts I tend to know anyway (I'm a sucker for useless info), but the peas thing? I didn't know that and still to this day am waiting for a chance to use it on someone. :)
