He doesn't have to be; at the rate of one a year, he's not going to survive long enough to release a hundred names. All the real victims Tommy needs to fulfill the terms of the deal are enough to cover his natural life expectancy--maybe thirty to forty; the rest could be pure fabrication, added to offer Rossi additional torment should Tommy die first.

That was wonderfully full of continuity. The only thing that would have made me happier was the return of Rossi's little notebooks. I loved the clothing and hair continuity especially. Who here is more than usually terrified for the finale!?! And on a slightly unrelated note, where is everybody?

i'm only disappointed at two things:
