What the eff are they doing to poor Derek these days? Has he suddenly become Whipping Boy Number One? They decided they've tortured poor Spencer enough, so they're now going after Derek instead?

Very disappointed in the direction the show is taking these days. It's become less about the cases and more about how much trauma can the team endure.

I think it's leading up to Derek's character leaving the FBI. Shemar has said in previous interviews that he would be done after season 10 (though I haven't heard anything different lately), so we'll see. I'm not happy about it but hey at least he's not dead yet...

Last episode, Derek was kidnapped and tortured, we still don't know the who and why. Last night's episode was a six-month jump. He and Savannah are now married and expecting a baby. They are standing by his truck when we see them through a rifle scope, hear a shot ring out and she screams "Derek!" as we fade to black.....

There is a lot of online chatter that one of the cast is leaving. I would hate for Shemar to leave but that does kind of look where they are headed. Next week's tease makes it clear that Savannah was the one who was shot so it may be that Derek decides to quit or get out of the field.

I was kind of annoyed that we didn't get to see the wedding, and that they skipped so far ahead.
