He apparently switched ankles. *g* Because it's on the right in Secrets and Lies.

My theory is he decided he wanted to be able to do the John Woo Two Gun Slide.

Hmmm, considering that a) he shoots right-handed, and b) he wears the gun on the inside of his leg, it makes more sense that his piece would be on his left. That way, there's no shin to reach around to draw the gun with his right hand. Better mechanics, IMO. Odd.

Drat, being that it's an X-Ray the image (http://www.algonquinroad.net/coppermine/displayimage.php?album=21&pos=142) doesn't tell us whether he's wearing on the inside or outside. Interestingly, though, that's the silouhet of a revolver, not the "L" shape of the stubby automatic from LDSK (http://www.algonquinroad.net/coppermine/displayimage.php?album=6&pos=27).

Oh fark me! That's a scary level of continuity.

And a fine little explanation of changing legs ... his revolver rig is a right-side holster, and the auto rig is for the left. That may even be something as frightning as his-dead-grandfather-(rest-his-soul)-the-cop's-holdout-piece. :-)

Hee. Actually, I suspect that it's a series of goofs from which you can construct a continuity. (I refer to this process as "fan hacking."

LDSK, automatic on the left. NBK, different automatic on the left. Tribe, *something* on the right. S&L, revolver on the right.

I think I have the order of episodes right.

But yeah, if he switched to a revolver, then he's have to use a different rig.
