CM Submits Its Emmy Considerations

This is the time of the year when shows try to pimp their actors in hope of getting them Emmy nods. Each show submits a list of names for the categories- then one tape is given to an early judging panel.

These are the CM ones. Please remember, these are NOT Emmy nods. They're just what the show is submitting.

BEST DRAMA - LESSONS LEARNED
BEST ACTOR - MANDY PATINKIN (no ep listed)
BEST SUPPORTING ACTRESS: KIRSTEN VANGSNESS (no ep listed)
BEST SUPPORTING ACTOR: SHEMAR MOORE - PROFILER, PROFILED
BEST SUPPORTING ACTOR: MATTHEW GRAY GUBLER - REVELATIONS

I adored Lessons Learned. I felt that it was a really good episode that shows the talents of all the profilers. Plus, it was such a twist ending.

I am guessing Lessons Learned is there because it is "topical" but I think it is weak and the characterisation is clunky. There are much better episodes that could have been chosen.

I do think MGG was amazing in Revelations so I hope he gets some recognition for that.

Profiler, Profiled is my favourite episode, it's cool that that's the episode they submitted Shemar for.

The list says they also submitted "Revelations" for James Van Der Beek for Guest Star.
