1. There are lots of things that get filmed but cut from actual episodes due to many reasons like time or continutiy and such. It was probably just used in the promo for dramatic effect.

2. Just in tonight's episode he talked about having lots of ex-wives, but said specifically that there are no children.

3. I have no idea.

As far as the Rossi question, we never got any backstory on him besides his obsession with an old case. So most of us who included him in fics just gave him whatever he wanted. I got screwed by last nights episode since I specifically said that he'd never been married, but did have kids :/

Iget that they have to cut things, but why oh why can't they release those deleted scenes on the dvd. so unfair
