Hmm, this Spoiler is the opposide of the pics we've got to see on the yahoo group. Because there the Hailey Double was injured or better it looked like she was the one on the ground.

Well, yeah, and those were the ones that were posted here, too. But, we're just assuming that it was the Hailey double. It's a blonde woman laying on the ground, but do we really know that it's the Hailey double? Then again, maybe BuddyTV's trying to throw us off.

Looking closely at the pictures, not only is the hair too short to be JJ's (and too non-styled to be Garcia's), the outfit matches the Haley clone's perfectly. Plus, if Hotch was first on the scene (as the pics indicate), it makes even more sense that it would be her.

I'm still waiting for the show to do something misleading, but I feel pretty confident saying the girl injured or dead on the ground in those pics is Kate Joyner.

I think its interesting that they mentioned Will when discussing which BAU agent didnt make it. Is that a hint? Will it be the New Orleans cop that doesnt see the start of the new season? Also, I think it was Kate Joyner too...I'm thinking Hotch wasnt even in the car yet when it blew, didnt he kinda stop to the side to talk on his cell phone? We'll see......its going to be an interesting season premiere. I already know Hotch and Morgan are alive and as long as Prentiss and Garcia are too, I think I will be OK. Aww, but I love JJ, Rossi and Reid. Its going to take forever for September to come so I can find out what happened.

I could see them doing that with Will. It would be a significant character, but not one of the major ones that we'd really miss (okay, that sounded really bad).

Why would they introduce the whole baby plotline only to have JJ killed off? It doesn't make sense to me. Garcia doesn't make any sense to me either, but with the writers you never know. My guess is Will. He's not a member of the regular cast and it would be rather easy to let the show go on without him, whereas with any member of the team it would be a lot more complicated.

Yeah, I totally agree with you on Will and why. It would just make the most sense.

Plus it would still cause strife cuz JJ would have to be blaming herself and then she would have a kid to raise alone.

I don't know. This sounds like BS to me. But I could be wrong. We all know that it will most likely be the Haley double that dies.
