I think this episode was a tribute to fallen cops and showing the difficulties of the job -- most especially in Morgan's line, "they still have to do their job; they're walking into a potential ambush every time they take a call." As a tribute, it was lovely.

Morgan seems to be the voice of EAB on this show. And it was a great episode. I loved the way he kept changing his behaviour and the way of talked by who he was talking to: Playboy, the local detective, and the team.
