ALTERNATE DESCRIPTION (from CBSpressexpress.com):
"The BAU track a serial killer who chooses junkies, prostitutes and the homeless off the streets of Detroit as his victims and takes them across the border into Canada, and an agent's life is in peril, on the two-hour, fourth season finale event of CRIMINAL MINDS, Wednesday, May 20"

According to TV.com, these two episodes are titled "To Hell..." and "...And Back", but those may be tentative titles at this point, as no press release is available yet.

It's apparently official, the episodes are 4x25 'To Hell...', and 4x26 '...And Back'. Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] angy3101  for the info, and the promo picture links below!

Can I just say how completely psyched I am that Canada's getting a mention? XD I wonder if we'll get to see it (and by "it", I mean the backstage lot or L.A. location vaguely meant to sort of not really look like Canada lol). I'm all a-twitter.

And also, I like the two-cases approach, with one leading into the other. Should make for a good night!! I really hope they keep those titles for the finale episodes.

Also, yay for agents in peril! Cliffhanger, here we come! ;)

Yay, I'm so excited... :D

You might also wanna add that there are stills for the finale now, which as always can be seen here: http://www.cbspressexpress.com/div.php/cbs_entertainment/original/photos?id=245&dpid=56 in thumbnail form...

And it seems official now that the eps will be called "To Hell..." and "... And Back", which I find awesome, too! :D

Although everyone probably already knows it by now, just for the record I wanted to say that the title unfortunately isn't split, but at least it's kinda the same awesome one and not a completely different one... (and when I think about it... "I loved '... And Back'" would sound kinda weird anyway... LOL) So it's "To Hell... And Back (1)" and "To Hell... And Back (2)", just in case you wanna edit the post... or not, I just had to say it... LOL

And by the way, I love that icon! LOL

Doesn't the finale sound kinda like that ep in season 1 where the guy was taking all the homeless people off the streets but no one realised and just thought the cop was mad?

Can't wait for it though, should be good. Don't think CM has disappointed us yet =)

Ooh Conflicted was one of the best eps this season! I haven't seen House On Fire (still waiting for teh DVDs to come out *glares at Irish television*) But yeah, this season's kinda been great all round, I don't think they'd let the finale let it down. Hope there's lots of Hotch!

Yes, but then again, the homeless, prostitutes, and junkies are statistically high-risk victims (that is, their lifestyle is high-risk and so the unsub's risk is low in targeting them), and historically they have been the most targeted by serial killers. The Green River Killer, for instance, killed almost exclusively prostitutes who were also junkies and, in some cases, homeless.

Oh yeah, I know, it's just that that episode came to mind when I read the summary. Gotta admit it though, they are the best episodes, usually.

Woo-hoo for Canada getting a shout out. I am really looking forward to these episodes. I hope they dont leave us on too much of a cliffhanger...no more explosions or having to guess who might not make it back for Season 5. I dont think I can handle that, but I am definitely ready for some action. I love my show!
