Innertube on CBS has posted the season two promo. It contains brief spoilers for the premiere, however CBS may play it on television at any time, so anyone who is spoiler-free may see it on TV.

[FLASHBACK: Elle sits up.]

UNSUB: Agent Greenaway...

FADE TO:

[JJ and Morgan are in an SUV]

JJ: Elle's been shot in her apartment.

[Wide shot of SUV turning a corner.]

CUT TO:

[Unconscious Elle being resuscitated with paddles. The picture turns a shade of red.]

SMASH TO:

[Music: Set me free/you're heaven's a lie]

[Reid has a gun and flashlight in his hand. He sweeps the beam up a flight of stairs, following a shadow.]

[Reid walks with his hands up slowly down a hallway; Morgan is behind him holding his gun. Both are wearing FBI bulletproof vests.]

Nah, they just took their 3 biggest names and used them. :) Only so much they can show in a short promo.

The promotional poster CBS has released lists Matthew as a series regular for season two. There's nothing to be worried about. ;)

I hear ya...I'm a Reid lover myself. He's most of the reason I watch the show. Oh the story ideas I have for him. I should write them...someday.
